Iceberg Exploration And The “U” Process As A Learning Method In Religious Moderation Strengthening Training

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Iceberg analysis and U-process methods in training to strengthen religious moderation by evaluating the reaction and learning level of the Kirkpatrick method. Survey research and descriptive analysis were used to determine training effectiveness. The population is 90 people, and the sample is 73 using the Morgan and Krejcie Sample formula. The validity and reliability of the instrument and the Paired Sample T-Test were tested on learning outcomes. The Iceberg analysis and U process learning processes carried out the descriptive analysis. The findings of the research show that training evaluation at the reaction level is in the very good quadrant and is good for all aspects of the organizer and teacher; learning outcomes show a significant increase; and at the level of results, the learning process with the Iceberg and U-Process methods is significant in increasing the knowledge and abilities of participants. The results of the training show that it is effective. This research focuses on examining the learning aspects of training and using them to evaluate the effectiveness of training outcomes.

This research aims to look at the opportunities and challenges of halal certification in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Indonesian people are currently competing to obtain halal guarantee letters or halal certificates, so the government through related institutions continues to strive to help business actors to be able to obtain halal product guarantees from the government. So that the work on halal certification can develop over time. This article aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of halal certification in Indonesia in the period after the issuance of regulations regarding Halal Product Guarantee (JPH). Halal certification was initially under the authority of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), then after the JPH Law was issued, halal certification was delegated to BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency) which is under the control of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This could also be imitated by various changes in policies related to halal certification. With the existence of BPJPH, halal certification for every business actor becomes mandatory. Research on halal certification is still relevant today.

The main part of this paper is to analyze the measurement of the rate of return on a realized investment portfolio. In this section, this study will simulate calculations on existing rate of return measurements with the same investment portfolio data over a period of one year. The investment portfolio contains indirect investment instruments in the form of securities in the money market and capital market. Then an analysis is carried out, and it is concluded that one measurement is more ideal and reflects the actual performance of the investment portfolio. The measurement of the net investment income ratio is a realistic measurement, acceptable and reflects actual performance. This is because the measurement considers the investment placement period with a weighted average of the rate of return on investment. This study provides alternative decision-making for insurance industries and investment managers in determining the rate of return on the investment portfolio, whereas other researchers have never conducted this study.

Firstly, this study aims to identify and analyze the process of distributing Zakat Fitrah in Tlogosari Village, including the mechanism for collecting, managing, and distributing Zakat. In this context, research will explore the successes and challenges faced by related institutions in carrying out their duties in distributing Zakat Fitrah to the rightful recipients. Secondly, this study aims to understand the perspective of the Tlogosari village community regarding Zakat Fitrah. In this study, a qualitative research method was used by combining several data collection techniques. The techniques used include direct observation, interviews with respondents, and searching for relevant sources and literature. In addition, photo documentation was also carried out to enrich the data collected. This research was conducted from April to July 2023. The number of respondents in this study was 29 people, consisting of the Village Secretary, Imam, Khatib, 5 Amil, and Marbot Masjid, as well as 20 heads of families living in Tlogosari village. There are two findings that can be concluded from this study. First, based on Islamic law, the implementation of the distribution of zakat fitrah in Tlogosari Village, Semarang City, has been successful and is in accordance with Al-Qur'an Surah at-Taubah [9]:60 which explains the distribution of zakat fitrah Second, the people of Tlogosari village have a very good understanding of zakat fitrah, as reflected in the 27 respondents who are categorized as very understanding. This reflects positive knowledge about zakat. for the four asnaf, namely the poor, the needy, the mosque, and the amil. This research is new knowledge because there has never been any previous research that examines the implementation of the distribution of zakat fitrah in Tlogosari Village, Semarang City.

This paper aims to describe the competency condition of personnel resources at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. This study uses interview and observation methods, the results of which are described based on the framework of the definition of competence in Law No. 5 of 2000 concerning State Civil Apparatuses. The results show that there are problems at the level of technical competence and managerial competence such as low employee ability due to the lack of opportunities to receive training and almost half of employees still do not experience higher education. Technical competence and managerial competence still have problems that need to be solved. These problems are essentially related to education, training, and placement of ASN resources at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

This research aims to address the research gap regarding the use of AI in enhancing employee productivity. The study focuses on the role of AI in employee engagement and performance evaluation. The research adopts a quantitative approach, comparing various AI-based algorithms such as random forest, artificial neural network, decision tree, and XGBoost. The study proposes an ensemble approach called RanKer, which combines these algorithms to provide performance ratings for employees. The empirical results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed model in terms of precision, recall, F1-score, and accuracy. This study aims to operationalize the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with self- image motives as symbolic meaning for Electric Vehicle (EVs) adoption. EVs in urban city like Jakarta is expected to grow in near future, the vehicle contributes to the reduction of air pollution and greenhouse. Unlike the conventional, EVs has emerged as sustainable transportation one. However, switching mode speed of consumer mobility and the acceptance of new technology is still undefinable and required to explore deeply on the potential buyer segments of EVs based on integrative approach of ‘perceived benefits-attitude-intention’. This research applied the theory of TAM to construct the model of EVs adoption. The mediating role of pro-environmental motives and pro-innovative motives are examined. Data collected with online survey through structured questionnaire and obtained quantitative data. The model was empirically tested by structural equation modelling (SEM) PLS 3.0. The findings confirm that the consumer intention to adopt EVs were significant and positively effects the attitude. They are two distinct sets of consumer motives toward EVs adoption both are pro-environmentalist and pro-innovativeness. This study provides new grounding for the existing EVs literature. The implications are recommended, which may offer deeper insight for policymaker and prominent scholars to encourage EVs adoption and direct the future research for global urban city.

This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. In this research, data analysis was carried out by conducting in-depth data processing from various articles or journals related to the application of sharia economics in deferred payment methods (paylater) among millennials. Paylater is a delayed payment method that has developed in Indonesia. Based on Research and Market report data, the market value of paylater services in Indonesia has reached $1.5 billion in 2021, and will experience growth of up to $9.2 billion in 2028 with a CAGR of 29.2%. The advantage of using this paylater feature is buy now, pay later. These advantages are excellent for society, especially the millennial generation. The aim of this research is to analyze the sharia economic view of paylater payment methods among millennials.

Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) has gained popularity as public awareness of environmental degradation rises due to human activities. The fight over this issue is no longer an option for any business, including tourism. The aim of this study is to deep dive into how EMA is applied in luxury hotels. These hotels offer the best services, which can become a source of conflict in the spirit of sustainable tourism. We interviewed accounting five-star hotel managers in developing countries throughout 2023 to capture the phenomenon at its finest. This study found that EMA has been installed, trained, and applied to all their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The need to give the best service didn’t hinder them from putting EMA into practice but supported them instead. This study also showed that awareness of the sustainability issue of people in developing countries is still low, hence the EMA application will help to shape the attention better. This study is among a few studies exploring the practice of EMA in luxury hotels in developed countries.

This study aims to analyze the factors of gross domestic product, exchange rate, total consumption, and export value on Indonesia's export performance of coffee beans after the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia's 14 trading partner countries (Egypt, Italy, the Philippines, Thailand, Belgium, Germany, Japan, Russia, England, China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and United States of America). This study uses secondary data and Generalized Method of Moment (GMM).Our findings imply that: 1) the variable total consumption shows a positive and insignificant relationship, 2) the variables of GDP, and 3) the exchange rates variable shows a negative and significant relationship with coffee commodity exports, and the variable value of exports shows a negative and insignificant relationship with exports of coffee commodities. Implementation of The Blue Ocean Strategy to The Financial Performance of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) In Bali

LPD as a microfinance institution belonging to a traditional village in Bali, specializes in serving village communities, including those who are unbankable. Having an unbankable market has the potential to increase NPLs and reduce financial performance. Many LPDs have small company sizes (depending on the potential of the village) and are managed by unprofessional management. But LPDs were able to grow and survive 35 years of competition. The purpose of this research is to examine LPD strategies to be able to grow and survive in the midst of increasingly fierce competition for microfinance institutions. Using qualitative research methods supported by quantitative data sourced from LPLPD Bali Province in 2022 with an ethnographic approach, and unstructured interview techniques. This study concludes that the LPD is a microfinance institution belonging to a traditional village, benefit-oriented, not profit-oriented. The financial performance of LPDs is relatively good. Only a small proportion (around 7%) experienced problems, mostly caused by factors of business size and governance, only a small portion due to NPLs. LPD's ability to grow and survive is due to implementing the Blue Ocean Strategy by creating a market for indigenous villagers, who are known and trusted, and are not affordable by competitors. This study aims to explore the meaning of the professionalism of Air Traffic Controller at Soekarno Hatta Airport from Islamic perspective. Air Traffic Control is a profession whose goal is to provide air traffic control services, especially for aircraft flight traffic, such as airplanes, helicopters and others. As a service provider who has a big responsibility for safety, it is only natural for Air Traffic Controls to work professionally. The research method used is qualitative research with a concept analysis approach. The results of the study shows that to ensure aviation safety as the main goal of service, an air traffic controller is required to work professionally in accordance with expertise, regulations and work discipline. The professionalism of air traffic controllers in Islam is that an air traffic controller must have the right intentions and have the spirit to perform services based on his knowledge expertise and its application in daily work. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for air traffic controllers in improving their ability to become a professional air traffic controllers referring to the teachings of the Islamic religion so that they have implications for service quality and achievement of service objectives.

This study aims to find out how online buying and selling transactions are carried out through Shopee, what are the advantages and disadvantages, whether online buying and selling transactions can be said to be a transition from system of salam contracts in the sharia context, and whether the activities buying and selling online at Shopee according to the greeting agreement or not. This research method uses qualitative methods, the source of the data obtained is primary data, researchers also use secondary data sources originating from literature related research. The results of the study show that buying and selling online at Shopee has the same concept as the implementation of the salam contract. Online buying and selling transactions have advantages and disadvantages for both sellers and buyers. Online buying and selling transactions can be said to be a transition from the implementation of the salam contract, provided that both parties understand the same in terms of responsibility and trust. By system, buying and selling transactions at Shopee are said to be in accordance with the salam contract.

This is expected to be a reference for other businesses to adopt sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. This research uses a qualitative analysis approach to analyze data collected through interviews and direct observation at PT Esprite Nomade. Data obtained from relevant parties such as company management, production, and marketing teams are used to deeply understand the implementation of green economy in various aspects of the business which are then analyzed to explore patterns, themes, and challenges faced by PT Esprite in implementing green economy. This analysis will provide an understanding of the advantages and contributions made by PT Esprite in the field of green economy and sustainable business practices. The results of the research show that PT Esprite Nomade has successfully implemented green economy in the aspects of design, production, packaging, and recycling. This implementation proves that businesses can bring innovative and sustainable solutions to reduce negative impacts on the environment. The results of this study are relevant to Presidential Regulation No. 98 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Carbon Economic Value for Achieving Nationally Determined Contribution Targets and Controlling Greenhouse Gas Emissions in National Development. Thus, the application of green economy in this tent company provides a real example and is relevant to the government's efforts in achieving nationally set environmental targets. This research is expected to inspire other businesses to pay attention to the importance of green economy and implement sustainable practices in their operations. MSME business owners must continue to play a role in supervising, bookkeeping and recording stock entry and exit, recording sales and payments is still done manually by most MSMEs in Balikpapan City. With the increasingly rapid developments in the digital world, MSME business actors are expected to be able to innovate all MSME activities in a Management Information System (MIS) as the aim of business development with technological transformation and speed of service in handling customers and business management. This study aims to examine the effect of digital financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs with a research approach using the questionnaire method for MSMEs in Balikpapan City. Multiple regression analysis was applied to test the effect of digital financial literacy on MSME performance by controlling for manager profiles and the special characteristics of MSME. The research results prove that Digital financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Managers/owners with digital financial literacy skills understand financial concepts related to business, debt, savings, insurance, and investment in the digital era which ensures good performance of their business.

It is an analytical descriptive study which was designed in 2 years with qualitative approach. The data collection was done through in-depth interview in which the informants were purposively selected. This study produced a regulation model of space utilization in tourism area based on bioregionalism to realize the sustainable and environmentally friendly Balinese development. This study becomes a new reference in environmentally sustainable development in tourism sector. Through bioregionalism concept, the negative impact of the activity involving the environmental, social and economic aspects can be revealed.

The method used in this study is a quantitative method, which uses questionnaires to the community in the Jagoi Babang sub-district to be able to answer the formulation of problems in this study, which include: (i) What was the economic condition of the Jagoi Babang community before the construction of PLBN?, (ii) What was the economic condition of the Jagoi Babang community at the time after the operation of the PLBN?, (iii) What was the social condition of the Jagoi Babang community before the construction of the PLBN?, (iv) What was the social condition of the Jagoi Babang community at the time of the operation of the PLBN?. Therefore, the data used in this study is primary data, and the statistical method in this study is a descriptive method. The results of this study are known: (i) the operation, of the Jagoi Babang PLBN has an impact on improving the economic indicators of the community around the PLBN; (ii) The operation of the Jagoi Babang PLBN has an impact on improving the social indicators of the community around the PLBN. The novelty of this research is related to the object of research, namely the economic and social impacts of the construction of cross-border posts (PLBN) which have not been studied much before.

Sharia banks are committed to growing with the potential and sharia market. But sharia banks also want to be pure sharia everywhere. One way is by spin off, but it turned out to be stagnant and not in accordance with the percentage of the sharia market in Indonesia. Sharia bank efficiency does not grow rapidly and profits are minimal when spin off. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of bank spin-offs on Sharia bank compliance. This research method uses a causative qualitative method, based on qualitative data looking at the cause and effect relationship of a policy. To strengthen the results, deep structured open interviews were used from policy makers (BI), academics and Islamic bank spin-off actors. The results show that Spin off is a necessity as mandated by Law No. 21 of 2008, because on the one hand it wants to be a goal for halal Islamic banks in a big way. The impact is that banks that have been spun off will increase their sharia compliance more than UUS, even though the growth is not very significant and their business is not very efficient.

Analysis of Monetary Policy Intervention and Macroeconomic Variable Shocks Against Capital Inflow in 4 Emerging Countries ASEAN

This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic variable shocks which include economic growth, real effective exchange rate, and world oil prices as a proxy for world price stability and monetary policy intervention through controlling the money supply against capital inflow in four ASEAN emerging market countries. This study uses a panel error correction model approach to fully utilize secondary data from 2000 to 2022 in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. The data is collected from the World Bank and Fred Economic Data. The results of this study indicate that monetary policy intervention through money supply control significantly influences capital inflows to ASEAN emerging market countries in the long run. Then, economic growth significantly affects capital inflows in ASEAN emerging market countries in the long run. Changes in oil prices and the real effective exchange rate do not significantly affect capital inflows in the long run. Economic growth significantly affects capital inflows in the short term. Meanwhile, monetary policy intervention, the real effective exchange rate, and the oil price did not significantly affect capital inflows in the short term in ASEAN emerging market countries. The results of this study show interesting findings because world oil prices, as the main indicator of changes in business and trade around the world, empirically show no significant effect on changes in capital inflows in emerging market countries. Meanwhile, monetary policy intervention effectively adjusts the balance of capital inflows in the long run. So it can be concluded that monetary policy in emerging market countries effectively controls long-term balance.

Natural resources are the World's assets that are useful for ensuring the future of mankind so that the topic of environmental protection has become a global concern. Using environmentally friendly products will certainly minimize the negative impact on the environment. There has been a rapid growth in green marketing research and its impact on customer behavior in recent years which is interesting to study. This article aims to find out: (1) How literature in the field of green purchasing behaviour has grown? (2) What is the next area of GLB research is lacking? (3) Where is the country that has done the most research on GPB? The review was performed using Scopus for the period 2013 to 2023 and uses VOSviewer as auxiliary software and uses Publish or Perish to help group data. The final sample comprised is 86 articles were found and sorting. The result shows that 2022 was the peak of publication. These values led to the identification of 43 items and 4 clusters. This study has added to existing knowledge and understanding of important and recent factors in the adoption of green purchase behavior.

This study aims to investigate the readiness of Human Resources (HR) of Open University (UT) students in supporting the acceleration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) amidst the challenges of an economic recession. The research methodology involves surveys and data analysis to evaluate students' understanding, views and knowledge of the role of HR in achieving the 2025 SDGs during a period of economic recession. The research results show that the majority of students have a diverse understanding of the concept of HR in the context of an economic recession and support investment in HR development. However, obstacles to access to the technology needed to support HR understanding were also identified. This research makes a new contribution by exploring the readiness of UT student human resources which was poorly understood in the previous literature. In conclusion, efforts to maximize the potential of UT students in supporting the SDGs in facing an economic recession require improved education, training, collaboration and greater technological support. These findings highlight the need for the role of higher education in preparing young people to contribute to sustainable development and overcome global economic challenges.

In terms of originality, this research explores the current trends in the study of work-life balance in police officers. This study examines the impact of imports, exports, exchange rates, and inflation on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. Based on the test results on the variables of exchange rates, exports, imports & inflation, known that these variables have a significant effect on foreign exchange reserves. This study uses secondary data from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Central Bureau of Statistics & Bank Indonesia. The data is a time series from 1991-2022. The variables used in this study are export & import exchange rates & inflation of Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. The statistical analysis used in this study is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The resulting export variable has an influence coefficient of 0.625618, indicating that if exports increase by 1%, foreign exchange reserves will increase by 0.625618%. The import variable has an effect coefficient of -0.191346, meaning that if imports increase by 1%, foreign exchange reserves will decrease by 0.191346%. The exchange rate variable has an effect coefficient of 0.004454, meaning that if the exchange rate increases by 1%, foreign exchange reserves will increase by 0.004454%. The inflation variable has an influence coefficient of -0.883752, meaning that if inflation increases by 1%, foreign exchange reserves will decrease by 0.883752%. Based on these findings, Indonesia must increase the value of exports, reduce the value of imports, stabilize the exchange rate by buying domestic products, and refrain from importing products.

P2P lending is a direct lending and borrowing service between lenders and borrowers based on information technology platforms. P2P lending fintech companies face various problems related to the quality of business ethics and cyber risk management, which have an impact on operating performance and company sustainability. This study aims to prove empirically whether there is an influence of the business ethics and cyber risk management on operating performance and its implications for the sustainability of P2P lending fintech companies registered and licensed at the OJK. The research data was collected through a questionnaire instrument, which was collected from 104 P2P lending fintech companies registered/licensed at the OJK until the end of December 2021. The data were analyzed using the statistical technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the quality of cyber risk management had a significant positive effect on operating performance. The test results also show that the business ethics and cyber risk management has a significant positive effect on the sustainability of the P2P lending fintech business. However, business ethics has a significant positive effect on operating performance. The findings of this study add to the limitations of the research literature on the elaboration of performance determination and business sustainability in P2P lending fintech.without repeating what has already been done by others.

The non-subsidized fuel market in Indonesia is very unique, because many world players who are successful in their own countries and successful in other countries fail in Indonesia. One example is that Petronas, which was successful in Malaysia and other Asean countries, has failed in Indonesia. An interesting phenomenon is that BP, in its marketing, cooperates with local player AKR in marketing its products against Pertamina's heavy players. This article will analyze consumers' buying decisions for non-subsidized fuel based on N-Soft Sets, where the object to be analyzed is in the form of non-subsidized fuel brands in Indonesia with the parameters measured being price, quality, location, brand and loyalty. The algorithm that will be used is the Extended Weight Choice Values Algorithm with a single decision type, namely the decision to buy non-subsidized fuel. Weighting of the parameters will be given according to the hierarchy of needs in Maslow's Hierarchy theory, starting from the lowest are physiological needs, security needs, social needs, ego needs and self-actualization needs as the highest level, and Marketing Mix Theory. By implementing N-Soft Sets, it can overcome problems in decision making both in binary and non-binary form so that decision making can be determined in the form of numbers, words or symbols and other forms. A deeper discussion regarding the decision to purchase non-subsidized fuel markets will be able to provide a reference for how consumers choose products for unique markets so that they can be used as a reference when entering a unique market.

PT.TCM is confronted with the significant challenge of exceedingly low pH levels in its wastewater, a condition that has detrimental impacts on the surrounding environment and the company's legal compliance. This study seeks to address the issue of acid mine drainage by augmenting the effectiveness of Quicklime use, pinpointing alternative Quicklime sources suitable for acid mine drainage treatment, and curtailing associated costs without sacrificing its capacity to raise wastewater pH. Utilizing Pareto and Ishikawa diagrams to discern the root causes and subsequently validating these findings through linear regression, the research assessed Quicklime's efficacy in the process. The results indicate that enhancements in Quicklime quality can curtail the quantity required by as much as 350%, leading to a notable reduction in PT. TCM's production costs.

Nowadays, the government is still attempting to continue eradicating poverty. The percentage of poverty in DIY currently is the highest in Java and the value is above the national poverty average. The purpose of this research is to analyze what factors which influence poverty in districts/cities in DIY. This research applied the panel data regression test with the dependent variable poverty and the independent variables TPT, RLS, UMK, and UHH. The panel data used is five regencies/cities in DIY and used data from 2013-2022. The selected model is FEM. The statistical test result indicates that the variables UMK, TPT, and RLS have a significant effect on poverty. However, UHH has no significant effect.

This study aims to determine what factors influence MSME during the pandemic in relation to issues of leadership, legitimacy, green management, social responsibility and partnership. This research is quantitative by using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The sample comes from Bandung, Surabaya and Situbondo with totalling 120 MSME respondents. There are correlations among leadership with green management, leadership with social responsibility, green management with legitimation and social responsibility with legitimation. However, the value of r or the determinant of almost all variables is lower than 0.5, which indicates that the level of prediction is not high in explaining the actions that MSME should take when facing a pandemic crisis. This study highlights the importance of the factors that influence MSMEs in facing a crisis, in this case is a pandemic. The factors found turned out to have predictions that were not too high, so the interviews be done, which was qualitative in nature in helping to investigate problems deeply in MSME during the pandemic. An important finding in a crisis is that MSME actually seeks legitimacy from the government, especially to gain access to assistance.

Online loans have become a significant phenomenon among millennials, especially in today's digital era. In the perspective of Islamic economics, online loans are an interesting topic for analysis. First, we will examine aspects of sharia compliance in online loan transactions. In Islamic economics, there are principles such as the prohibition of usury (interest) and gharar (uncertainty) that must be considered. In the context of online loans, it will be analyzed whether the loan mechanism and fees applied are in accordance with these principles. Second, we will look at the social and economic impact of online loans on millennials. Many millennials are experiencing financial difficulties and are using online loans as a quick solution. However, unwise use of online loans can have negative impacts, such as being trapped in a debt cycle that is difficult to overcome. In an Islamic economic perspective, it will be evaluated whether online loans provide long-term benefits for millennials and society as a whole. Third, alternative options will be discussed in an Islamic economic perspective that can be a solution for millennials in managing their finances. Concepts such as profit-sharing financing, term savings (mudarabah), and risk-sharing financial systems (takaful) will be studied as alternatives that are more in line with Islamic economic principles.

This study aims to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover on working capital either directly or indirectly through liquidity as an intervening variable. The research was conducted on automotive companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. The research data is secondary data taken from the company's financial statements. While data analysis using regression analysis. The results of the study show that receivables turnover, both directly and indirectly, has no significant effect on the company's working capital during the economic crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Receivable turnover also has no significant effect on the liquidity of automotive companies on the IDX. Likewise, liquidity has no significant effect on the company's working capital.

This paper provides an example of an assessment models can be built and used for feasibility analysis of electricity investment projects. An overview of feasibility assessment methods is presented, consist of general assessment model, risk analysis methods, and a new optimization method used to estimate strategic and financing requirements of electricity investment projects. This research also examines a new method to predict the optimal year to sell the investment. A case study is used to illustrate the use of a model to assess the feasibility assessment of a extra facilities in electricty project. The conclusion found that Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Modified Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period combining with sensitivity analysis, scenario anaysis and simulation to analye the project risk should be used to assess feasibility model study of extra electricity facilities investment projects.

The research aims to analyze the intention of SMEs in adopting e-commerce, the driving and inhibiting factors. The study used survey data on 344 SMEs who were collected using the convenience sampling method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The study shows that SMEs are interested in adopting e-commerce. They also agree that they face strong competitive pressures in their business operations, but they have a high level of entrepreneurial mindset. Regarding the adoption of e- commerce, respondents are aware of the benefits of adopting e-commerce in their businesses and are willing to share knowledge with fellow SMEs regarding e-commerce adoption. In terms of barrier factors for e- commerce adoption, respondents agree that factors such as cultural environment, laws and regulations related to e-commerce, consumer readiness, trust, infrastructure, technology, human resources, and financial aspects are obstacles for them in adopting e-commerce, while political and organizational factors are not seen as barriers factors.The results of this study enrich empirical studies on e-commerce adoption, the driver and the barrier factors in the context of Indonesian.

This study aims to determine the impact of the Indonesian Presidency's G20 agenda on the stock prices and stock volumes in the coal mining sector in Indonesia. It considers a sample of stocks from the coal mining sector that implement Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, selected through purposive random sampling. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method, comparing the stock prices and stock volumes before and after the Indonesian Presidency's G20 agenda took place in Bali, Indonesia. This comparison is made using paired t-tests, Wilcoxon signed-rank tests, or sign tests. The results reveal significant differences in stock prices and stock volumes before and after the Indonesian Presidency's G20 agenda. This suggests that the G20 agenda led by the Indonesian Presidency has influenced stock prices and stock volumes in the coal mining sector. Given these findings, it is recommended that management invests further in initiatives to increase investor trust. Additionally, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) is advised to develop appropriate policies for capital market supervision, aligning with the objectives of the Indonesian Presidency's G20 agenda, particularly regarding the implementation of ESG principles in Indonesia.

This study aimed to address the needs of using artificial intelligence (AI) by investors and industry players to
quantify credit risk in a more forward-looking view instead of the traditional non-forward-looking methods.
This is a literature review of nine studies on how applications of AI used to provide better forecast power, and
whether the results can be adequately understood by analysts who will need to make decisions based on AI
computation. We use the keywords "artificial intelligence", "machine learning", and "credit risk" in google
scholar. Full text is obtained from Web of Science if unavailable as open-source documents. The consensus is
quite consistent and positive. AI can provide better forecast power, and when used correctly, AI can increase
the acceptance for less privileged people to access credit, which is good for the overall economy. However,
several key challenges remain to make this technology affordable, especially on how to reduce the complexity
so that more people can learn how to configure, operate, and interpret the AI computation results. This study
is looking for consensus of how AI can help more accurate forecasting of forward-looking credit risk
quantification.

performance will affect many stakeholders because company performance is a picture of the company's
condition, if the company's performance is bad, it will affect stakeholder decisions. Factors can affect financial
performance are Good Corporate Governance. Good Corporate Governance research is proxied by the
number of board of directors, the number of boards of commissioner meetings and managerial ownership. This
study uses quantitative methods of secondary data with the population of companies listed in the IDX 80 index
in 2019 – 2021. The sample method is the purposive sampling method. The data used is the company's annual
report obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The results of the study obtained the results
are that the number of boards of directors does not have a significant effect on financial performance, the
number of meetings of the board of commissioners has a significant positive effect on financial performance,
managerial ownership has a positive effect on financial performance.
