IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNMENT E-PROCUREMENT INDONESIA: LITERATURE REVIEW

Indonesia has implemented an extensive electronic procurement system to improve transparency, efficiency, and
accountability in government procurement of goods and services. The implementation of e-procurement is
expected to improve the quality of public services. The purpose of this study is to implement the implementation
of e-procurement in the Government. Specifically, to examine how the implementation of e-procurement in the
Government, both in the Central Government and local governments. This study uses a systematic literature
review method by Kitchenham. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted to reveal the changes that
have occurred over the past ten years. Previous studies have discussed further the obstacles to the implementation
of e-Procurement in the country. The literature used in this study was taken from several digital libraries, namely
PubMed and Scopus, as well as Google Scholar. The results of the study found that e-procurement still has many
obstacles in its implementation in the central government and local governments.
