Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tighter today, including business competition in the field of
printing services. BRJ Digital Printing is a service company that provides printing services. Although there
are many competitors in this business, BRJ was able to survive for approximately five years by
implementing a stormy strategy. This study refers to BRJ employees who have positive business ethics
towards consumers. This is because it is very important for the sustainability of this company. The method
used is a qualitative method. After collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation, it is
used as a reference for employees to further apply business ethics in customer service so that consumers
are satisfied.
