Patient satisfaction is one of the important indicators in assessing the quality of health services at HM
Primary Clinic. Sosromiharjo Primary Clinic. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that
influence patient satisfaction in the health service process at the clinic. By using a descriptive qualitative
approach, data obtained through data collection and interviews with 8 patients aged 25-45 years. The
results showed that patient satisfaction is influenced by several factors, namely: tangibility, reliability,
responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and cost. Patients are satisfied with the service facilities provided,
although there are some suggestions for improvement, such as improving grass cleanliness and adding
facilities, this study confirms the importance of fulfilling health service standards to increase patient
satisfaction and service ef ectiveness at HM Pratama Clinic. Sosromiharjo Primary Clinic.
