Abstract

Competition in the scope of business in the field of beauty services is increasingly becoming a public
concern. This can help to determine wedding project services that can realize the needs of prospective
brides in accordance with developments in the new era. Safira Ramalan Wedding Project is the result of
business design in the field of beauty services, especially in the wedding project section which is growing
rapidly in the makeup service business competition. The research conducted aims to determine the strategy
of marketing that has been implemented and this type of research is included in descriptive qualitative
research using data collection techniques in the form of observation, direct interviews, and documentation.
By using data analysis in qualitative which is explained that the main components of the analysis results
refer to the interactive model, which consists of the results of data reduction, presentation of the resulting
data, and conclusion drawing. From the results of ongoing research shows that the marketing strategy in
the New era used by Safira Ramlan Wedding Project in the form of social media such as Instagram and
Facebook which is part of the marketing trick by giving work that attracts consumers from promos given
at certain times and provides new makeup and clothing results. In addition, by providing exclusive service
to every consumer in order to get positive feedback on the development of the Safira Ramlan Wedding
Project business.
