PREFACE

Abstract

We are delighted to share with you the conference proceedings of the International Seminar of Science and Technology (ISST), which is an annual event by the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) of Universitas Terbuka (UT). Our third conference (3rd ISST) was held under the theme of "Trends in Science and Technology for Sustainable Living," which included three sub-themes: "Trends in Mathematics and Computer Science for Sustainable Living," "Sustainable Living through Functional and Eco-friendly Agricultural Trends," and "Collaborative Contribution to Sustainable Environment." The conference focused on discussing the various aspects of science and technology and exploring ways to utilize them for the betterment of humankind and the Earth's inhabitants. We welcomed students, academics, and practitioners from around the world to share their research and findings at our conference.

Our faculty found this conference to be a wonderful experience, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our keynote speakers and experts in their respective fields for participating in our conference and sharing their knowledge. We would also like to thank the participants of ISST for disseminating their research in our forum. Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to our committee members and reviewers, who have worked tirelessly to ensure the success of this conference.

In conclusion, the 3rd ISST provided a platform for students and experts to gather and learn from each other about science and technology, and to drive sustainable practices through trends and ideas. We hope that this conference can bring innovation and knowledge to our audience worldwide. Thank you for your contributions, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the next ISST conference.
