Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes in fable material using fable video media for class VIIA students at MTs NU 24 Darul Ulum Patebon Kendal for the 2021/2022 academic year. The subjects of this study were class VIIA students at MTs NU 24 Darul Ulum Patebon with a total of 31 students. The method used in data collection is the observation method. The observation method is used to obtain data on student learning outcomes in learning. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle 1 meeting. Each meeting consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The implementation of Cycle 1 learning was carried out on April 16, 2022 and the implementation of Cycle 2 learning was carried out on April 20, 2022. Based on the results of the research, in Cycle 1 it was obtained that an average of students had a complete learning result of 80%, while in Cycle 2 it was obtained an average -the average student who has completed learning outcomes of 100%. So from Cycle 1 to Cycle 2 there was an increase in student learning outcomes by 20%. From these data it can be concluded that fable videos from YouTube can improve student learning outcomes in class VIIA fable material even semester at MTs NU 24 Darul Ulum Patebon Kendal for the 2021/2022 academic year.
