The two stay two stray cooperative learning model is a learning model that is able to increase the participation of educational participants during the learning process to interact with each other, work together and share the results in the form of knowledge, views, opinions and thoughts with other students. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the two stay two stray model assisted by digestive organ wall material on students' interest and learning outcomes in the digestive system material. The research method uses quasi-experiment with a post-test only control research design. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and test instruments (posttest) with hypothesis testing using the independent sample t-test. The research results that can be obtained
are that the average percentage value of students' interest in learning in the experimental class is greater than the control class (80%>62%) with the average value of student learning outcomes in terms of posttest results between the experimental class being greater than the control class (82.03>68.22), and the t-test results show a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000<0.005 so that Ho is
rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant effect of implementing the two stay two stray learning model with the help of digestive organ learning media in increasing the interest and learning of class XI MIPA students in the digestive system material.
