This research aims to measure the effectiveness of using instructional videos in visualizing real objects or specimens in biology learning. Through a survey of biology teachers who frequently incorporate educational videos into their teaching, This research aims to identify the extent to which biology teachers utilize educational videos as an effective tool for delivering more engaging and effective learning materials, specifically, this research will focus on biology topics related to abstract and difficult-tovisualize or demonstrate within the confines of a traditional classroom setting by using visually appealing content to overcome the limitations of laboratories in providing authentic specimens. The research method employed is a survey, distributed to biology teachers. The questionnaire is designed to assess how frequently teachers use educational videos and to measure the effectiveness of using educational videos in enhancing student understanding, as well as the challenges faced in utilizing educational videos. The results of the study revealed that the use of educational videos is highly effective in the learning process. It is hoped that the findings of this research can contribute to the development of effective technology-based learning media, particularly for concepts with real-world objects that are difficult to demonstrate directly in the classroom by using visually appealing content.
