Science literacy skills are crucial for responding to global issues. This study aims to explore the science literacy skills, especially in biology, of students from senior high schools’locations. The survey instrument consists of science literacy test questions from the 2015. Programme For International Student Assessment (PISA). The samples comprises 168 eleventh-grade science students. Results indicate an average science literacy score of 67.80±12.20. students excelled in the indicator of interpreting data and evidence scientifically (76.44±20.27), while their main weakness was in the indicator of explaining phenomena scientifically (55.58±17.02). A total of 91% students were able to answer questions related to procedural knowledge about the migration of golden plovers. Conversely, only 53% of the students successfully answered questions related to content knowledge about suistainable fish farming.
