Abstract: Education in the 21st century faces big challenges along with the rapid development of digital technology. Generation Z, who grew up in the digital era, requires a different educational approach to equip them with relevant skills for the future. This article discusses the importance of digital education transformation in building 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and digital literacy. The method used is literature study. research method that involves the collection, analysis, and interpretation of various literature sources relevant to the topic under study. Literature study aims to understand, compare and synthesize the results of previous research as well as see gaps in existing research. By analyzing the challenges faced in implementing technology in schools, including the digital divide and educator readiness, this article also highlights strategies that can be taken to overcome these obstacles.
