Abstract

The development of technology in the current era is very fast, one of the proofs of this technological development is Android. Android has many benefits that can help people's lives. The use of this android is not only used by the community but by an agency, namely the Yogyakarta Tourism Office. Using Android can help make it easier for tourists to travel in Yogyakarta. The Yogyakarta Tourism Office then launched a tourism application called Visiting Jogja. In using the application tourists will feel a certain emotion of satisfaction. Differences in application user satisfaction have an impact on increasing the number of tourists in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction in the Visiting Jogja application for increasing the number of tourists in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative analysis of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by collecting data through questionnaires and observation. The results of this study are data on the relationship between user satisfaction of the Visit Jogja application and an increase in the number of tourists in the Special Region of Yogyakarta so that it can be a reference for the government to increase user satisfaction so that Yogyakarta tourism develops rapidly.
