Abstract

The Jembrana Regency Government is currently reviving a tourism village. One of the tourist destinations in Jembrana Regency is Blimbingsari Village. However, tourists quickly get bored because of the need for more entertainment after spiritual tours. Tourists who visit only last three to four days. This requires the empowerment of Blimbingsari Village to increase the attractiveness of the tourist village in Blimbingsari Village. Blimbingsari Village's general problem is the decrease in the number of tourists because the community needs to show the village's potential. The specific problems are 1) lack of quality of village apparatus, 2) lack of interest in young entrepreneurs, 3) lack of knowledge about MSME product packaging, and 4) lack of knowledge of business actors regarding digital marketing of Blimbingsari Tourism Village products. Based on these problems, this service carries out three stages of implementing community service, namely 1) training in managing village tourism for village officials and providing motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset for the people of Blimbingsari Village, 2) training in packaging MSME products typical of Blimbingsari Village, and 3) training about digital marketing of MSME products typical of Blimbingsari Village.
