Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain how the role of supervisors in improving employee performance in
the Laminating department at PT. Pou Yuen Indonesia. In conducting this study, the author uses a
qualitative descriptive research type that prioritizes understanding phenomena through in-depth data
collection, and emphasizes the method of observation or observing directly in the field to obtain accurate
and relevant information.The results of the study indicate that the role of supervisors has a very large
influence in improving employee performance. This is due to the role of leaders who are very dominant in
creating a structured and disciplined work environment. Leaders who have authority and power are
responsible for ensuring that all employees follow established procedures. Ef ective leaders can also have
a positive impact on work discipline and performance in the company.
