Mental health is an important part of a person. If the mental health is good, then surely a person is always
enveloped in feelings of joy, cheerfulness and happiness. But if a person's mental health is poor, it is certain
that a person is always gloomy, and shrouded in discomfort. For employees, managing their mental health
sometimes still seems neglectful. The role of a company that sometimes does not pay attention to the mental
health of its employees can make the company's image bad, because the company runs because there are
employees who work to produce what the company wants. This scientific paper was compiled using the
literature review method to show a broad perspective on the importance of mental health for employees so
that it will create an understanding for companies if they want to get good employee productivity, starting by
paying attention to the mental health of their own employees.
