THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE AND LEADERSHIP STYLE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCTION SECTION EMPLOYEES IN THE PT. COSMAX INDONESIA IN 2023

Abstract

The study’s overarching objective is to ascertain, for the years 2023, how PT plant. Cosmax Indonesia’s
work discipline and leadership style af ected the productivity of the production staf . The production
personel of the Cosmax Indoensia Factory werw thw subjects of a survey and questionnaire study that
took place in 2023. To help PT Cosmax Indonesia reach its production goals, this study of ers actionable
suggestions for enchancing work discipline and leadership style to boost staf performance. The slovin
method was utilized to obtain a sample of sixty individuals from a population of five hubdred fifty. An
80.5% confidence interval, or coef icient of determination, of 0.805 was found. Employee Performance
(Y) is dependent on Work Dicpline (X1) and Leadership Style (X2 to a degree of 60.9%; the remaining
39.1% is attributable of characteristics not included in this study.
