This research the relationship compensation and work commitment on employee performance at PT. LKM
BKD Purwokerto, a company within the digital technology sector. Achieveing optimal employee
performance is vital for company's successin competitive market. Appropriate compensation is expected
to enhance employee motivation and loyalty, while high work commitment contributes to employees'
emotional engagement with their tasks, which in turn af ects overall performance. This research employs
a quantitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to all
employees in the company. The findings reveal that compensation plays a significant role in improving
employee performance by motivating them to work more ef ectively. Moreover, the research confirms a
positive correlation work commitment and performance. With highly committer employees exhibiting
greater dedication toward organizational goals.
