Abstract

In general, Human Resources are an important factor in an company because human Resources are the
key to success in a company to achieve company goal. This research aims to analyze the influence of
intrinsic motivation, ef ective communication, and work stress levels on job satisfaction of administrative
staf at State Junior High School 1 Padamara. In organizations, factors that play an important role in
improving employee performance and job satisfaction include intrinsic sommunication, ef ective
communication and work stress. The methode used in this research was interviews and observation of five
administrative staf at State Junior High School 1 Padamara. The research result show that intrinsic
motivation, driven by a sense of responsibility for education, contributes significantly to administrative
staf job satisfaction. In addition, ef ective communication between colleagues and leaders facilitates
understanding of tasks, although some obstacles related to clarity of information still need to be
improved. Job stress, which is influenced by workload and time demands, af ects job satisfaction, but can
be managed with good social support and adequate facilities. Thus, improving communication and
managing work stress can increase the job satisfaction of administrative staf at State junior High School
1 Padamara.
