DIGITAL INNOVATION IN WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT: BUILDING A COLLABORATIVE WORK CULTURE WITH GOOGLE WORKSPACE AT BPKP SULUT

Abstract

Efficient warehouse management is crucial for organizations to ensure smooth operations and optimal inventory management. In the digital era, technological innovation plays a significant role in enhancing management effectiveness. One widely used technology is Google Workspace, which offers various tools to support team collaboration. This study aims to explore the challenges faced by BPKP Sulut in implementing Google Workspace for warehouse management and how this tool can foster a collaborative work culture within the organization. Using a qualitative approach, the research involves interviews with employees and an analysis of the utilization of Google Workspace features in inventory management activities. The findings reveal that Google Workspace improves team communication and work efficiency, although there are implementation challenges that need to be addressed. This study provides recommendations on effective implementation strategies and ways to integrate a collaborative work culture into the organization.
