The strategy of increasing fish cracker sales through UMKM Empowerment not only has an impact on the economic sector, but also directly improves the welfare of the Bawean community. By providing Improved Quality of Life, job opportunities, Encouraging Economic Equality, and can Increase Community Income. However, this staple food has a significant negative impact on business actors, one of which is a decrease in purchasing power. Determining food prices is very important to maintain the stability of supply and prices of staple foods in Bawean. UMKM empowerment can also be strengthened through the use of technology. The development of a digital platform that supports the marketing and distribution of UMKM products can open up a wider market. By utilizing the internet and social media, UMKM can reach consumers not only locally but also nationally and even internationally. In addition, collaboration between UMKM, the government, and the private sector can be the key to the success of UMKM empowerment. Partnership programs involving large business actors can provide UMKM with access to larger markets, resources, and knowledge. Initiatives like this can create positive synergies that drive overall local economic growth. In line with empowering UMKM, it is also necessary to emphasize improving business skills and literacy. Training programs that cover financial management, marketing, and information technology can help UMKM manage their businesses efficiently and sustainably. Thus, UMKM can be more resilient in facing various local economic challenges. In facing local economic challenges, empowering UMKM is one effective solution. With the support of the government, private sector, and community, UMKM can become a strong and sustainable pillar of the economy. This strategy is not only about business growth, but also about creating a positive impact that can be felt by the entire community. Improving welfare through empowering UMKM is a long-term investment to achieve sustainable economic development.
