REFORMULASI PRODUK UMKM : VARIAN RASA BARU DAN DESAIN INOVATIF

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in creating jobs and supporting the economic growth of society. Through the Community Service Program (PKM), efforts were made by providing counseling and direct assistance to MSME actors in Bojongloa Village, Buahdua Subdistrict. The method used included conducting workshops, discussions, redesigning products, adding new flavor variants to the "Sagon Bakar Karuhun" food product, and improving product packaging by enhancing the design of the "Sagon Bakar Karuhun" product. This was accompanied by direct mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The results showed that the PKM was successfully implemented and enthusiastically participated in by the partners. After attending the workshop, the artisans gained an understanding of Business Identification Numbers (NIB), Home Industry Food Permits (PIRT), branding, packaging, logo design, taglines, and marketing.
