Abstract

Developing entrepreneurship among students is one of the strategic efforts to create an independent and innovative young generation. The agro fertilizer business started by students from the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, Open University, has great potential to develop, but requires support and guidance in managing legal aspects, digital marketing, financial management and human resources (HR). This community service aims to provide assistance and training to students in managing agro-fertilizer businesses to make them more competitive and sustainable. This community service activity is carried out through several stages. First, socialization is carried out regarding the importance of business legality. Second, training in implementing digital marketing using Google My Business. Third, training in making effective and efficient financial reports. Fourth, HR management training which includes the development of managerial and operational skills. Implementation of this activity resulted in several important achievements. Students have knowledge in managing the legality of their business, so that in the future the agro fertilizer business can operate legally and sustainably. The implementation of digital marketing through Google My Business has succeeded in increasing business visibility and competitiveness in the digital market. Making good financial reports helps students manage business finances in a more structured and transparent manner. Effective HR management improves students' managerial abilities in managing existing teams and resources. Grants of organic material chopping equipment and packing machines increase production capacity and operational efficiency of agro fertilizer businesses. This community service activity has had a positive impact on the development of the agro fertilizer business started by the students. With support in aspects of legality, digital marketing, financial management and human resources, the agro fertilizer business becomes more competitive and sustainable. Increasing production capacity and operational efficiency through equipment grants also contributes to business growth. Overall, this activity not only increases students' skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship, but also supports the development of a more environmentally friendly agricultural sector through the use of organic fertilizer.
