Abstract

The layer farming industry is one example of how the fields of management and business are closely related. It is well known that Prophet Muhammad SAW urged his followers to raise and care for livestock as part of the teachings of Islam. This seeks to preserve animal welfare, safeguard other living things, and promote economic independence through the husbandry of animals. One of them could serve as an illustration of how the Prophet's sunnah should be applied. Taking good care of laying hens is a luxury that will yield eggs with economic value and adhere to the principles of business sustainability as taught by the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
