This study aims to examine the influence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices on organizational sustainability performance in Indonesia's manufacturing sector. GHRM integrates environmentally conscious approaches into core HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and compensation. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was distributed to 150 HR and operations managers in manufacturing companies across the Greater Jakarta area. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to investigate the relationship between GHRM implementation and sustainability performance indicators, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and regulatory compliance. The findings are expected to offer strategic insights for HR practitioners and business leaders in integrating sustainability into human capital management and advancing green innovation in business operations.
