Tiga Keterampilan Utama dan Tiga Adab Baru Guru Virtual Era Digital

Complications due to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the shock of the Global Covid-19 Pandemic entering 2020 forced the presence of new customs and configurations for the implementation of education. As a result, social and technical indecision and stuttering are felt by students and teachers. The main objective is to identify and confirm the driving factors for the emergence of stuttering. Methodologically, this study uses a qualitative approach, a kind of modified integrative literature review. The phases start with the design, implementation, analyzing, and writing the results. Four main foundations refer to the conception: (1) Online learning versus emergency remote teaching, (2) Evolution of online learning models, (3) Determinants of a learning experience, and (4) Evolution of pedagogy. After progressing procedurally, this study formulates three new horizons for virtual teachers in the digital era to remain functional. These three new skills put teachers as: (1) The developer of interactive digital teaching materials, (2) The designer of ICT- based virtual learning media, and (3) The arranger of online learning assessments. This study also initiated three mandatory orientations for teachers. They are the ability to implement self-transformation culturally, functionally, and digitally.
