The Effect of Blood Addition Tablet Consumption on the Potential of Children Born Stunted

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang sering kali dikaitkan dengan anemia pada ibu hamil. Tablet suplementasi darah (TTD) merupakan intervensi penting untuk mencegah anemia dengan memenuhi kebutuhan zat besi dan asam folat selama kehamilan. Studi ini mengkaji hubungan konsumsi TTD dengan risiko stunting berdasarkan literatur tahun 2019-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi TTD secara teratur dapat mengurangi anemia, meningkatkan gizi ibu, dan mengurangi risiko stunting. Keberhasilan program dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, dukungan sosial, dan efektivitas intervensi, serta program pendidikan kesehatan dan pengawasan sebagai faktor yang mungkin utama. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi pendidikan, perbaikan pola makan, dan dukungan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan penggunaan TTD, mempercepat penurunan stunting, dan mendukung kesehatan ibu dan anak.
