Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between cultural intelligence and policy performance in the context of increasingly multicultural public administration. In an era of globalization and intensive migration, public officials are faced with the challenge of designing and implementing policies that are sensitive to cultural diversity. Using a literature review method, this study examines key theories and empirical findings related to the role of cultural intelligence in enhancing the multicultural competence of government officials and its impact on the effectiveness of public policy. The results indicate that cultural intelligence not only contributes to increased cross-cultural communication capacity but also strengthens the legitimacy, inclusiveness, and responsiveness of policies to the needs of diverse community groups. This study recommends integrating cultural intelligence training into human resource development programs in the public sector as a strategy to promote more adaptive and equitable governance in a multicultural society.
